Maximum 4 allies.
The Noctae Republic will always side with the player; the other 3 will depend on whoever the player decides to back.
i guess the factions have internal politics,so you can't ally with a spesific faction if you have it's rival in your team,right?
Exactly :) If you ally with a faction, his rival will turn against you.
