Astriarch Version 0.9.7 has now been released and posted. The Computer Intelligence has been improved and adjusted for changes in default planetary resources so that now computer will not build mines on Arid planets. Also they more intelligently redistribute citizen worker assignments to get the most efficient resource use for all owned planets.
A few other minor bugs have also been fixed.
