Hey Sniperz227 here, I have finals coming up so you won't see many updates for a bit but here's a screenshot of the pc engine rendering our main menu!
Not really in-game.. but nice update!
What map format do you think you'll use for the maps? Quake 3 BSP is quite nice and fairly easy to implement.
I have developed my own custom map format and yes it is in game because it's apart of the game not the engine :)

Normally when I see the title "In-game" that means I'm going to see something with gameplay. Regardless its not bad. for me the solider does seem to be in the right place but I don't feel as if it works with the background. could just be my perspective of things tbh
yea I don't like the soldier either but it's a temporary image, we haven't created characters yet so we couldn't put our own soldier on and had to google one :P
