Videogame Development Survey Thread

Howdy, y'all. My name is Dashiel Heidt and I am conducting a survey for a research paper on video game project management for a class called AP Capstone Research. The goal of this research is to find a generalized approach to an optimal means on how video game development projects should be conducted, as there are many studies on the effectiveness of different management strategies; however, not much research has been done on strategies used in video game development. Basically I'm going to see if there's any correlation between how well the video game met the goals and expectations of the studio in terms of quality and the responses to the other questions. If you have been part of the development of any independently-developed three-dimensional video game development projects that has been released to the public, it would highly appreciated it if as many of you as possible could take a quick 5-10 minutes and fill out this survey: Surveymonkey.com.
