Unable to upload video Thread

I am unable to upload a video. Thinking that the problem was because the file name contained unicode characters, I deleted it from the video listing (although I don't understand what "perma-delete" means exactly). I tried uploading from youtube, google drive and from my own computer.

I have read all the threads about uploading files but no solution works. Can anyone help us?

The deleted content is no longer available and is gone forever. It's just a more dramatic phrase for "delete".

Hopefully, staff finds this thread and may help you. In the meantime please tell us what size and type the file was, plus where you tried to upload it.

File is .mp4 and its size is 22,2Mb (720p). I tried to upload from Youtube, from local (windows PC) and from Google Drive; to change file name, multiple attempts at different times (spaced apart), ...

Very strange... there isn't something that shouldn't work. Is your Internet somehow bad or your browser too old or something? Most likely it's not but yeah, as I said this is strange.
