SoGE wont let me build a Titan. Thread

I LOVE your mods for Sins of a Solar Empire. I've played a lot of them. Armada 3, Lords of Kobol, Interregnum, Babylons 5, Etc. Now I'm playing Sins of a Galactic Empire. I've enabled "Supercaps Enabled". However, I've done the research for the "Allegiance-Class" Star Destroyer and I'm playing as the Empire, but it wont let me build the ship. It's greyed out and when I click on it I get the message "1 point of This is the wrong supercap build method prerequisite research must be conducted first." I've done the research and it's completed, but the prior research component "Star Dreadnaught Designs" reads "Requires faction". I've SEARCHED the entire research library and found NOTHING about a faction. I know there's a faction component for the Cardassians in Armada 3, but I can find NONE in SoGE. What am I doing wrong or what have I missed. Please Help! Thank-You.
