Need help with sound in Hammer Editor (Gold Source) Thread

Audio that I added in my mod (not an ambient, just a dialog that npc needs to say) is not playing, when I launch the mod. I already have tried to set an 41/44/22k Hz, but it didn't work. However, original HL phrases ARE working and playing.
I tried to rewrite original Barney's phrase with my audio and play it, but it didn't work either, so it means, that something's wrong with my audio and not the Hammer.
Is there something I could do with it? I can't use the Source (HL2's source), so I'm using a Gold Source Hammer.

-For test, just shift the name of musics, in their folder(just rename music files, like in chess, king and rook), backup first of course, ..if their own shifted music doesn't work, then it`s mean is protected in .exe, ..if you know what i mean. In any other case you have to analyze codec used in, and use exact means of necessary to achieve expected results.
