Need feedback on this small 3D horror game on Android Thread

This game aimed to provide fast chill and intense to player, don't try it if you have a heart or blood pressure problem. I would like to know your feeling of this game, and it won't take more than 5 minutes to play.

How to play: left joystick to control movement and right joystick controls rotation of camera. Some mannequins are normal and some are haunted, they will stalk you and kill you from behind. Press throw button to kill it with heads, pick up more heads from red box.
