Just a thought, and yes I know its a giant undertaking. Why not a project that recreates Half-Life 2 like it was released in 1996? |

It's possible. People have ported Doom 4 weapons into Doom 1. Also, people have ported some Half Life 2 models into goldsrc. For example- Sven co-op had stuff like monsters attacking while running. The big problem would be the physics. Half Life 2's physics were a big deal back in the day, and getting around that would be a problem. Thus you'd have to replace almost all the gravity gun stuff, which is a big part of that game. You could do it, but would it be worth the effort? Edited by: SabreXT |
