Hello there!

I recently launched my first project on Greenlight, which is rather exciting :) Things seem to be going really well so far, but I just want to make sure I'm not missing a trick when it comes to getting fresh eyes in front of the page. I know new views coming from Steam will drop off pretty darn quickly, so I want to do whatever I can to keep the momentum going for as long as I can.

Greenlight: Wrongworld

Any tips, advice, feedback etc. would be massively appreciated! And if you want me to take a look at your own project and do the same, please just let me know.

Thanks!

This looks really flippin' cool. Highly original in both tone and content, the trailer gets me excited for your brand of weirdness. Want to find out why he bangs his head against that rock. And I'm interested by the workbench/prototyping thing.

Althought I thought slidedb was supposed to be for _mobile_ games?

Thanks, man! Really appreciate the feedback!

When the little furry critter doesn't have the correct tool for the job - like chopping a tree down without an axe - he resorts to smashing it repeatedly with his head. Gets the job done eventually, although it's not particularly effective :) And the workbench is a buildable thing that unlocks certain other craftable items, and the workbench itself can be upgraded and turned into an electronics workbench later on, unlocking more advanced craftables and gadgets.

And just in case you're curious, I posted this on IndieDB, but I think it might automatically get replicated on to various sister sites, like SlideDB (hadn't even heard of that one before, to be honest!).

I think you're building a solid code base for this game, I really like the spirit you're going for in the game, the main character reminds me of an ewok. I think with more development it will keep getting better and better, don't get discouraged or procrastinate with your work!
