Empires DotMW mod team? Adding Civs Thread

Hey guys i'm a huge fan of an old game, Empires: Dawn of the Modern World and have spent countless hours since my childhood playing it, and noticed not just me, but other people are looking for mods for this game so I want to make one for this. This would be my first RTS mod but I've done RPG before such as Battlefront and Battlefront 2 ( not the new ones). Envisioning just adding civilizations and basic character units such as adding Italy, Japan, Vikings (Scandanavia), etc. Looking for anyone who could help or would want to join in? Would consist of very simple 3D design and simple coding due to the fact this is an older game and is not expected to look anything like how good games nowadays look. Thanks!
