I am new here and I would like to know how to download and install the mods here.. for home world 2 remastered

What mods exactly are you trying to download? Just checked a couple of them, they have readme files, they usually are installed to data folder or the main directory, well, and they appear to be very difficult to install. Reading the instruction files a few times or downloading the mods in question from Steam workshop (if you still have problems installing them) are your only ways to go it seems.
