Although still in development it lacks accurate documentation but the community is very helpful in answering questions to get you going until the final release that will include a full manual.
I would rate this as one of my top picks for any level editor. The engines dynamic lighting makes working with lighting effects on props painless in making your environment come alive.
The dynamic lighting in the engine is the cherry on top with varying shadowing effects from faces and props (Animated fan shadows are unbelievable).
The engine really sets it's self apart from all others.
Well I heard they made it with the Source level of modding in mind, but wanted to make it even easier.
So, according to you, they succeeded.
I recently shot a raw clip of the shadow effects from a transparent face texture using some spotlights as a source to foster in for moonlight along with some steam rising cinematic clips from grates in the floor.
This is a raw render as i will do a final polish of the lighting in that room but toned it down to highlight the shadowing from the outside light source.

I recorded in HD but like the description says on my video, it really taxes my little dual core but they are still optimizing so it will be much smoother in future builds as it has already shown major improvement in build 157 closed beta.
