Spirit Seekers - Beta Demo file - RPG Maker VX

Please note that as a demo there are bugs to be worked out. What follows are instructions for running the game.

1.) The RTP package has been compressed with this release so there should be no need for additional downloads.

2.) To combine items, use your menu screen to go to your items menu, then select COMBINE. Afterward, choose the two items you desire. Some will work, some won't.

3.) To use an item on something in the world, hit A on your keyboard. An abbreviated in-game menu will open with a list of items you can use to take actions in the world. Use S and D to cycle through your in-game abbreviated menu (key items, common items, etc).

4.) Please hit F1 and the beginning of the game and set your keyboard to the following setup. Fields to the right are changeable in the RPG Keyboard setup menu.

S: Y
D: L
Q: Z
W: R

5.) The Spook Scanner is used with Q only in certain segments of the game. As a first game demo this will be expanded up in the future with future releases.

Finally of course, if there's enough positive feedback and community support, the game will get updated and made larger going into the future.
