This is the final version of the game. All aspects of the game have been included and is the launch version of the game. All content is 100% original including voice work, models and textures. The game was a student project fin the Interactive Arts & Science program at Brock University in St. Catharines, ON, Canada. The game was intended as a tutorial level to a much larger game, as our development cycle was only 8 months.
I have a problem with this game... I installed it and launched it and clicked new game but it wouldn't do anything. So I ran it again and this time I clicked new game but it was all black apart from the dresser and I could fly around with no-clip. So I ran it again and this time the door to get out was not there instead it was just black. I don't know if this is just me but this game looks really awesome and I want to play it :/
The game opens up in a very dark room, where only the candle on the dresser is visable. Lightning flashes also illuminate the room. The no-clip issue is strange, as that is the first time I've heard of that issue. You are actually the first person to mention issues with running the game, as we've done over 100 installs no problem. Only thing I can suggest is reinstalling the game. Thanks for the nice words!
Really good game! too short. I hope you can make a full game of this. I really like it :3
Thanks! So glad you liked it! We put a lot of work into it so its awesome to read comments like these. Since it was a school project and the class has ended (and most of us have graduated) we unfortunately won't be making a full game of it. It is sort of an intro level/teaser to what the full game could be if we had more than 8 months to work on it. We'll be sure to post something about the upcoming class' project when we get info on it! Thanks again for playing!
Looks very good.
Looks great :D
