Well, well, well, we've been pumping out the features for Malevolence lately! Not much info for this post, sorry, but LOTS of fun things to look at. We'll also try to describe each picture for you...

A dungeon!

A farm! Complete with windmill, haystack and hidden sheep!

Also a pig! Yay!

The farmhouse at night, with the moon shining its ghostly light.

An ancient ruin having a bath.

A distant watchtower out past a ruined temple.

Our updated forests! Now with extra lushness!

Water is also looking MUCH nicer.

Also by night things look nice, too.

A henge during twilight.

A different henge in the early evening.

Sunset over an ancient ruin!

Sunset over a farm! (we like sunsets)

Twilight... Much better in Malevolence than it is in the movies...

So that's all for now. There'll be more stuff over the coming week and Hyfrydle32 should have a new Let's Play video up relatively soon, which will be positively smashing!

So in the meantime, don't forget to check out our IndieGoGo campaign by clicking on this image:

Though I scarcely dared to hope, somehow I knew it would look lie this. Bravo team, the visuals on this game are stunning, and I'm quite sure a worthy compliment to the ingenious mechanics running beneath them.

It's very purdy, isn't it? Very fun to go swimming in it, too!

very nice job! It great to see a small team create professional and competitive art! I know the big companies do it with a huge crew and lots of money, I have no idea how you guys do it!

They may have taken a cue from the folks at Almost Human, the developer behind the modern-day hardcore dungeon-crawler The Legend of Grimrock, by summoning the awesome power of the Australian version of "sisu" (see En.wikipedia.org ). ;)

We feel SUPER lucky to have assembled such an amazingly talented team of people. It's a shame that so many gamers will play a game and never think of the people who dedicated their lives to making it happen. Good to see that some fans still think of us working behind the scenes!

Well this is turning out quite nicely, but doesn't look quite as good as Morrowind with all my graphics mods on it. Textures (I've seen some amazing stuff put out by various communities, maybe reach out to this game's followers?) could certainly use some work, as well as the foliage. The shaders are looking amazing, especially the water =D. Just a few of my opinions on graphics, gameplay IS the most important thing though.

Countryside is still in very early alpha. So far the dungeons are the only polished part. Its not too bad though considering the fact that it's infinite! A fair trade, I think!

That is very true, really glad someone's reviving the genre for modern tech. Keep up the good work!
