- Restored Tougher Commander option for new wars especially for Dreadnought and his big puppy dog eyes.
- Loadouts change their icon to show the highest difficulty war you've won with them. This is not retrospective. Thanks to Tristan for providing icons to fill in the gaps in the PA ladder system.

- Commander AI buff has had Improved Commander Build Arms added to it
- AI buff for commanders renamed to distinguish it from Tougher Commanders
- Tougher Commanders now only applies the Commander Armor Tech
