This function can't be found in the original Renegade. He will be able to use Tech-Buildings. Just stand in a Tiberium Spike or Silo and he will give money!!!
Buildings like the Defensive Tower will be useable for every character. Just use it like a vehicle.
The Mutant Hovel will have special purchase terminals to get access to the characters

The Technician will have a extra function to use Tech Buildings.
