Welcome to Saturday Update #5!
It was one of R1's most popular maps, check out our all new environment: Monument Training Grounds!
Monument was our most visually impressive map on R1, so much so that it pushed many players systems too far to be even able to play it! We couldn't just not recreate it for R2.
This is a great example of what Unity has allowed us to do for our environments. Access to new shaders, a higher polycount, and proper tools has truely opened the door for what's possible. We've completely rebuilt Monument from the ground up. New textures, mesh, everything.
The best part is because we built it on Unity and have also optimized it, as long as you have a half decent machine you'll be able to play it no problem!
We look forward to showing off our other environments soon!
