Implemented one of the remaining features for first release: special effects on attacks. Up to now they are two: Paralysis and Disease.

Since I wish to have really different monsters in the lair, not only a huge list of dudes able to blow a mace on your face with different strengths, I've implemented special effects on attacks.

They are two atm: Paralysis and Disease. The first is pretty straightforward, the second reduces your stamina to a half, and cannot increse more while you're sick.

This way I can start to introduce new and funny ways to challenge and kill the hero, but also new potions and objects to find to make him more resistant. It would be nice if every monsters can have something special, because this leads to the choose of the right tactic to face it.
