the real issue for me is the fact you need to PAY to play online games.
remove that, and I'd be ok with the Xbox's existence.
Same here. I was *this* close to buying a 360 once, then I found out you had to pay monthly/yearly for MP.
Yeah, no thanks.
But I've got nothing against the Xbox, or MC coming to it. I kinda actually want to play the Xbox version, just for that split-screen feature :D

Knowing microsoft, they would find out a way to incorporate PC mods. Then require micro-transactions. Minecraft will be infitely better on PC, with great plugins such as Bukkit, MCMMO, etc.
The only advantage about Minecraft on Xbox is the split-screen, that has to be the only benefit.
I think it's awesome for those who can't find a good computer. I have it on pc, and I intend to get it on the xbox as well.
1 question though, will my saves be interchangeable.
