Modern Warfare is Back! news

Hi everyone,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the return of Modern Warfare for Hearts of Iron 3 - Their Finest Hour. This has been a very difficult time for me personally and for my mod, with the announcement regarding East vs West's cancellation I wasn't sure what to do regarding the mod with various possible choices and outcomes playing in my head.

I was very sad to learn that I wouldn't be able to bring to life my vision for the mod with EvW which had many systems and game-play elements that I desired to simulate our modern conflicts. After the announcement by Paradox and BL-Logic I needed some time to collect my thoughts and consider what to do.

Up until recently I almost decided to wait for Hearts of Iron IV but in the last few days I had a big breakthrough with HOI3 that convinced me that I've waited around too long just to be disappointing in the end.

So this is it! HOi3 Modern Warfare is coming back for anyone who missed it, optimized for the latest expansion (Their Finest Hour) and even better than before... much better. How much better? Stay around for upcoming dev diaries and trailers.
