Hello. i understand that there is an update but i am actually working on something that will bring the Tsar back into the modern era for this mod. Rostislav will still rule the monarchist party but he will have a new portrait for his leader icon. It may take time but this will be awesome but I'm currently working on a mod that fixes the MD base game to make more playable. I know there was some negative backlash for this mod but my submod can help with that. I'll see you guys later and happy modding :)
