Snowsquall Grip is a short horror/thriller game with PSX/Retro aesthetics where the player gets lost amid a sudden snowstorm.
- Short, simple
- Emphasis on atmosphere
- No mind-bending puzzles ;)
- Consider more thriller than a horror
- Small game scope less burnout
All that conclusion I made after the ‘Plastomorphosis’ gamedev, where I dedicated too much dev time increased the game length, and overscoped the game too.
Now, I am trying to find a scope that will satisfy me as an indie developer so I will not “get tired” of my game at the end of a development cycle.
Just thoughts...
