This week, we fixed bugs within our game, including the black screen after the player is defeated, path finder problems and added health bars to our units so it’s more intuitive to understand how much health the unit still has. Also, we implemented new arts to the game and finalized our trailer: Youtu.be
What’s the Motivation?
The game is almost at the final version so we kept on fixing bugs to make the player have a better experience while playing the game. According to the feedback this week, the path finder bug is troubling the player when they are trying to move the units to walls or castle, thus we need to fix the bug. For the final version we want our game to be more juicy, so the new art will help us to achieve that goal.
We would like to hear some feedback from our player in the show case and see how people play our game. The project helped us learn a lot of useful techniques and feedback will help us even more as a game designer to understand how to create better games.
