You can simply copy your savefile and rename it into schwab_slot_0.braid_campaign !
Open your explorer and go to your user's directory on your maindrive. There is a hidden folder AppData. If you don't see hidden folders, you have to mark the option 'show hidden files and folders' in your folder properties.
So, now go to -->Roaming -->Braid . There should be the savefiles for Braid. Copy your savefile slot_0.braid_campaign and rename the copy into schwab_slot_0.braid_campaign . That should do the trick.
If you don't find your savefiles, go search for the file slot_0.braid_campaign.
