Histacom was posted to this website a few months back however development of the game was canceled until someone new wanted the source code to continue developing the game.
Finally someone has come along to pick up the development of Histacom. Here is their website which tracks new versions and change logs with download links. Histacom.fhost.com.au
The game is now called 'Project Chicago' (for now).
