Hello again, people!

As the release date comes closer and closer (exact date still unknown, but definitely in 2016, super honest), everything starts to fall in place. Those who have been following the project have probably noticed things look and sound better. This is mostly thanks to the talented chiptune artist n00bstar who has composed tunes for the game and remade the sound effects. The equally talented pixel artist iLkKe has lended his hand and created a few sprites and touched-up pixels there and there (not to mention giving out tons of valuable know-how). Check out the above video to see and hear for yourself.

New features in the game include multiple difficulty levels, or rather game modes: each difficulty level has their own quirks, such as a whole new control scheme, unique levels (including levels based on the original Thrust!), ability to survive a few collisions without dying and more. There is also a achievement/challenge system you can use to measure close you are to mastering the game. You can also compare your high score to the other players' scores thanks to the online leaderboards. Tons of cool stuff.

TL;DR: The game is slowly but surely getting better. :)

P.S. I have been posting screenshots and gifs on Twitter (@kometbomb) so if you want to get updates as soon as they happen, then be sure to follow me!
