Changes have been made throughout most of the game since the last update. The "new mode" that was being developed is warp mode. Warp mode a mode that plays a lot more like a space shooter, with threats and the chance to get points (poop) flying at you.
Additionally I've made the addition of some new threats in survival mode (just to keep you on your toes), and extensively tweaked the threats that already were.
Last but not least, here's a gif of the most coveted of point giving items. The rainbow poop!
Neat! The rainbow poop is a nice touch adding a bit more variety to the game. Looking good :)
