What the funding will be used for.
10% will be used to fund professional voice acting to make the game more polished and help you feel for the survivors.
40% will be used for coding and 3D environment models.
30% on HQ Audio and environmental sounds such as, Foot Steps/ Gun Audio/ Ambience/ walker/ Music
20% Animation for example Walkers/ Bosses /Survivors.

Our modelling workflow.
When modelling characters / environments and props we always do in in a certain order.
We always start with a concept to make sure the art style will fit within the current project.
We then move on to low poly modelling to make a base mesh.
After creating a low poly model we convert it to voxals (Extremely high poly model) and them begin to sculpt a high detailed version of the concept image.
We the reimport the low poly mesh an mark out its UVs then bake the high poly model onto the low poly model.. Baking takes all the detail from the sculpt and applys it to the low poly model.
We then move on to texturing copying the art style from the concept directly to the model.
