starting translation of all messages to English
very usefull turning with mouse control with simple press of a button -> M
small bugfix with mouse steering
brakes now much better from keyboard+brakes->driving transition improved
added full translation classes for future uses

if(auto_ignition) and rpm is low => emit sound of starter + added timer for better sound

The game is finally starting looking something solid, there are still bugs, i'm fixings them, i have also uploaded first working version english/russian with 2 big cities and many little exercises and menu. I will post link to it soon. I may also add some demo version later.
