We have an announcement to make.
We are starting of from scratch, we used most of the stuff from Full Invasion 2 but we decided not to as how awesome Full Invasion 2 really is, the stuff qualified that it can be a mess as some stuff are just messed up together. This made us rethink and we came to decision to redo everything from scratch.
We are sorry for those who have hoped to see this mod release really soon, but don't worry, it will be faster than before as we start up really clean and fresh, and expect to see even more awesome new stuff in images :)
For those who think this mod died the answer is easily no, we just took one week break and now we start with an iron fist!
Invasion Mode might get removed as return but don't worry, we have heard rumours and facts that there is going to be a LOTR only Invasion mod for those who like to do that. But Full Invasion 2 is not a bad choice, it is an awesome mod and still has excellent diversity of factions that no mod has.
We wish you good day and we hope to see you again soon decapitating some orcs or going off for some menflesh!

This is like the hundredth time a LOTR mod was started from scratch and then died because people lost interest in making it again...what is this curse, no LOTR mod ever comes out -.-

first of all, there were no hundreds of LOTR mod so i want to remind you. :)
The big issue you have been saying it wrong is 'Lost Interest in making it again' you clearly need to read this text again because it doesn't state anywhere in the entire news section, that we lost interest and we quit and stop working on it and it will never get released.
So please don't be worried, we are working on this and if we make this really quick you would expect to see a game like Rome II unfinished and bug, would you want that, good sir?
Hundred was just so you get a point, for the past 5 years there were around 10 to 15 unsuccessful attempts to make a LOTR based mod, some were less known.
EVERY single time they said how they are starting over and how it will be easier because they know what they are doing, in the end, every mod died. So yeah i am worried that this will turn out that way, lets just hope i'm wrong, this time...
I'm not saying you have to work fast or anything like that, i know how hard can it be(i worked on my own mod with module system) all i'm saying is stick with it till the end, hell a few days ago i learned that The Veiled Stars mod also died, you are our only hope now for a LOTR mod...

WTF guys it was going perfectly why did you have to start from scratch full invasion has the best items and gaming script (invasion mod) that's why it's so famous now it will take decades plus half the good item from dale,harad and rhun are from full invasion the TLD stuff are boring as **** (from the books) except from blood in the west the stuff are kind of good.

Full Invasion 2 has the best items. But you don't know what else it got.
I know it is awesome but reason of the crashes are not because the mod is so full, it is because the files are just messed up and make giant weight for the 32 bit players, i am sure 32 bit and 64 bit could play if they sorted the mess up.
and the gaming script can be added again.
And don't worry, you will survive when we finish this and enjoy this mod, because it is a lot faster than before, that may deceive you, now i tell you :)
Since it is a clean we will continue on it even faster, which means fast modding. Easier modding, more fun modding than searching for items half an hour to just find one weapon or armor or whatever :)
Please get some help from TLD makers.
Why?.. Questioning our ability to mod isn't going to help with this mod. How about I ask you? Maybe you all have the answers. I clearly know how to mod. The decision was made because A lot of things were messed up with the module system of full invasion. I hated how un-organized the module system was. There are many more reasons. But thank you for your suggestions...
