Hi, I just started playing this mod and have been having fun. However, would it be possible to add a function which lets you speak to the village elder or guild master from the village / town menu after you've encountered them? Imo, it's a really nice quality of life feature to have.

Also, I've noticed that the royal traders on boats seem to be stuck near the cities, and even though it says they're travelling, I've never seen them move. It kind of looks like a pathing issue, and here's a screenshot that I took of the problem: Imgur.com

Finally, I've noticed that even though each faction has a large army, the AI hasn't attempted a single siege (and it's already been a couple months since the game's start)

Hi again, thanks for fixing for those issues with the latest hotfix. I thought I'd chime in with another set of bug reports, this time for the USA.

- At the start, the US gets several events which happened before the game start. For example, the Maine compromise event, and the white elephant gift.
- It also has several decisions which should be removed, such as the Homestead Act (which ended after the frontier was declared closed in 1890), buying the Virgin Islands from Denmark(happened in 1917), and several related to the Slavery Debate (which makes me think that the US still has the slavery debate flag in 1920)
- The American releasable nations (such as New England) have Yankee as their primary culture, while the pops are American culture. It looks like the primary culture for the releasables should also be American.

Still, it looks like you're making great progress, and I'm looking forward to seeing where this mod goes.

Fortunately, that crash doesn't happen every game, but I ran into a weird issue in the late game. For some reason, most of the great powers decided to disband all of their troops. I tag switched to one of them (USA) to see if there was a reason, but I couldn't see one. They don't have any treaties disarming them, and they have access to the trade goods needed to build an army. Hi, I absolutely love this mod, but I ran into a probably playing North Vietnam. I'm getting a consistent CTD in the early 1950s, and I'm not sure what's causing it. The last action I took was to align with the US, and then the game crashes a couple months later. Thanks for fixing the non-existent sphere issue for Spain and Germany, although I noticed that France still has a non-existent Loango in its sphere. I also noticed something strange happen with Japan, where they still have the decisions to abolish the Han System and overthrow the Bakufu, which I think was the reason for Satsuma breaking away from Japan and becoming a substate of a non-existent Shogunate Japan. If you could take care of that for the next update, that would be awesome.

Still, keep up the great work, this newest version is a solid improvement over 1.09.

Hi, I've been having fun with this mod, but I found an issue with the 1920 start day. Germany apparently has Slovakia in its sphere, but Slovakia doesn't exist in this start date.

Edit: Also, I noticed that France has a non-existent Loango in its sphere, and that Spain has a non-existent Sulu in its sphere.

Hi, this might be an issue caused by the original 1200 mod, but I thought I would post it here anyway (since I found in while playing Medieval Conquest). The Tripoli castle map (Levant, not North Africa) is completely unplayable because of AI pathing issues. Instead of going up the siege tower, the AI likes to go under it and run around in circles. If you could fix this pathing issue in a later update, I would really appreciate it.

Hi, I'm really excited about this update, but I ran into the same issue that one of the Guest posters had about bounty issues. The nervous man won't turn hostile to me and attacked a random peasant.

Also, Carthage disappear a few days after the game's start, and its disappearance was preceded by a few error messages.

Hi, I'm having the same issue that everyone else is having, where the AI kingdoms refuse to declare war on each other. I have Total War off, but the Dying Lords and New Lords options turned on, and I started as a Mercenary Captain.

Hi again, I just encountered a consistent CTD when talking to Kunigas Evivydas when asking him for tasks. I think that the quest he wants to offer is the cause of this CTD, but I'm not entirely sure. I saved the game right before talking him and uploaded the save to Dropbox if you want to investigate (Evivydas is just south of my character).

- Just noticed some more pathing issue during a siege battle for Gerzika. Each side was running against the wall, and it looks like the attackers were (mostly) unable to progress past the ladders

- I was also a bit confused about ransoming prisoners until I read the FAQ in the Game Concepts section. It makes sense, but it looks like the Random Brokers in the taverns no longer serve any purpose. If possible, could you please remove them from the game entirely? It would make the prisoner system a bit less confusing.

Hi, I'm really enjoying the mod and fighting for Lithuania to bring Paganism back to the Rus. However, I found a couple of issues while playing:

- There are some pathing issues when taking over Riga. The siege itself works fine, but the AI struggled with the second part (taking over the town square). Both armies were running directly into a wall, and didn't seem aware of the passageway that would allow them to fight each other.

- There are a couple missing textures in Rostov, which were purple question marks in my game.

- I saw that the Byzantine Empire was on the map, but doesn't have an entry in the faction log. Are you planning on adding them in in the future?

Hi, I really enjoy this mod, and kind of see it as an unofficial path for Vicky 2. However, I encountered a neverending war in one of my playthroughs. Argentina is at war with Corrientes, but Corrientes ceased to exist before the war ended. Because of this, the war is always ongoing, and they're no way to end it, even through the console.

I found an issue with a few of the troops. Some of them (such as the Peasant Woman IIRC) will promote to troops with blank templates (such as C5, A4, etc.) with no weapons or armor.

Ah, thank you, that's good to know, I was starting to wonder if it was intentional. I'll definitely invest some points into manipulation then.

Though I also had an issue with the spy quest from one of the lords, where I followed the spy to the destination, but the contact never appeared.

Hey, I really enjoy the this mod, but I'm running into an issue that's making the game unplayable. During some battles, my character will switch sides and be attacked by my own troops. I then can't leave the battle until all my troops are killed. I also noticed that enemy troops will occasionally switch over to my side.

For example, here's a screenshot where all of the enemies are dead, but I'm not getting notified that the battle is won. IIRC, I was fighting Necrocorp scouts when this happened, and I started as the Necrocorp Outlaw Hacket character (forget the exact name)

Also, katanas don't seem to work correctly. This is especially bad with the Necrocorp assassins, who seem incapable of hitting anything, even if they're not being avoid or blocked.

Still, I had a ton of fun with this mod, and could see myself sinking a lot of hours into once that side switching issue gets fixed. Let me know if you want a save game and / or log to help you troubleshoot.

Thanks for the quick replay, I just made the change you suggested, but I'm still getting that ticking xp (although it is now less). Could it be something else? It did start a few days after the game began, and not immediately.

I really enjoyed this release, but I ran into a bug shortly after I got started. I was getting spammed with small xp gains after I took a Guild Master quest to rescuse a kidnapped girl. After I beat the highwaymen, I continued to get those messages, and I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be getting them (a screenshot of the log can be found here: Imgur.com ). If you need anymore information to fix this, please let me know.

Hi, I ran into an issue with a couple of the town quests. The ones that ask you to escort a caraven or lead cattle sometimes tell you to take them somewhere that crosses the ocean. However, when you book a ship at a port, they stay behind at the port, and cannot go to their destination. This makes it impossible to complete those quests and forces you to lose relations with a town.
