More than possible in HMP,considering you get more health in the final arena compared to the other difficulties.
I personally never had any bad framerate issues regarding gibs and gore. Also what do you mean by "there isn't a janitor option?"
Look that if briefly set the max blood decals/gibs/blood pools to 0,they will disappear.
Be sure to use GzDoom 4.8.2 aswell.
The newest GzDOOM versions are seriously ***.
It may shock you but i do actually love Tank Dempsey's voice and i think it fits my version of BJ a lot better than MachineGames'. So this is the reason why i never bothered changing it.

Version 7.0 is the final version of Brutal Wolfenstein.
However,these days i was thinking to make some sort of Zandronum Edition using the maps from v4.5.
No promises,though.
Brutal Wolfenstein is singleplayer only.
V4.5 remastered has coop support,though.
Brutal Wolfenstein is a TC.
Maybe in the future i could make a version of BW specifically made for doom maps,compatible with Zandronum too.
In the meantime,you could play other wolfenstein themed mods like the amazing Doom Incarnate.

Taking a break right now as i'm waiting for Brutal Doom v22 to come out. I'll have to redo a lot of stuff once it gets released.
I'll have to play Unloved first and then decide if it might use a bd compatibility or not.
Isn't Unloved technically a TC though? I mostly wanna focus on bringing compatibility on wads that has at best few custom enemies,like Eviternity.

I'm pretty sure you are not using Doom 2.wad as a base,which is one of the many things that are already addressed in the attached documents when you download this mod.

-Removed the Spear of Destiny's first playthrough anti-cheat.
-Enabled cheats back
-Hopefully fixed a bug that didn't register headshots while using the STG44 Uber-Vest. However,this led to a nerf of it's damage. (From 80 to 70)
Considering some time has passed since the release,i might remove the disablecheats line and the spear of destiny's first playthrough anti-cheat in the next patch.
