Yeah, I couldn't be arsed to fix the hands, ended up just using the old hand mesh while reskinning it to look like the new model instead.
So that's one NPC out at least.
So I assume you'll be doing NPC's after all?
I do hope that I can get them all, though from the looks of it, there might be some things off here and there.

Will you be Retexturing the Soldiers to be similar to the Original ones?
