Berlin Streets doesn't support Singleplayer mode

Checked Solomon Islands in co-op and conquest - no problems, spawning in 1st seat in G4M. Can you make a screenshot or video of what's happening?
On those maps you can't occupy enemy vehicles, it was made by map authors

Yes, such program exists, it's used for adding SP support to any map. I use it for FHR.
Does that sound problem affect all rifles, and only them?
I know nothing about a program, but the last FHSW version which supported bots was 0.4 - I even created a singleplayer mappack for it

Crackling music in menu is a known bug, it will be fixed.
Check if you have 64 channels set in sound options in game.
First of all, 127 bots may not work in instant battle mode because some maps contain bots number limit.
As for BGA - that's odd, make sure there are no hidden BF1942.exe and BGA.exe processes running.
Only 3 things are needed to be able to play with 127 bots in co-op mode:
1) edited AIdefault.con file;
2) menu.rfa file from FHR;
3) running the game via FHR.exe.
Also, note that whenever you run any other mod or vanilla BF1942, number of players in settings resets to 64, so you need to specify 128 in "Create game" menu.
1) Download BGA: Storage.googleapis.com
2) Make a backup of \Mods\bf1942\Archives\bf1942\game.rfa file.
3) Open it with BGA, there find and open AIdefault.con and change aiSettings.setMaxNBots 64 to aiSettings.setMaxNBots 128, then save both .con and .rfa files.
