Some bugs I found, I don't know if someone already identified them or if they are really bugs but...here they are

- can buy licences from other countries
- can't build infraestructures (the tab economy shows the factories only)
- Israel has no manpower increase
- Most countries I played I can't get enougth fuel, low production and can't buy (Vietname, P.R.C., Israel, Portugal, Soviet Union...)

Hi; I can help you with the OOB of Portugal. I can give you units list and high rank officers as well. Since the mod is from 2000 to 2020, do need only the OOB in the year 2000, or do you need some more?
