figured it out, had to make sure that both uc files were in classes (only the gun one was).

Okay im geussing by the config file you were talking about the one in \UTGAME\config\UTFirstMutator.ini (even though you imply it's inside cooked pc.

Is what i have there.

However, i don't have the mutator in my list when i run it as -useunpublished

I have a weird UT_Arena one that gives my only shock rifles but. (know idea where that came from).

I can also use the Replace weapon mutator (Enforcer+1 is there, and has it's own menu to be replaced as).

I even created a \Published\CookedPC\ folder. With all the stuff inside unpublished there. And still nothing.

PS. forgive random spaces in the file directories etc, 50 chars is apparently the max for a word.
