Guy how come after the mission taking out white trash i dont get anymore missions and its updated.

Ik this is a stupid question but do you have to go on your psp to this and download or do you have to root it

So sami doesn't really help but car mods but this will work with steam version(i downgraded it )(car mods work now)(wondering if i can use this to mod other thing that i cant do with sami)
