This is the first I've read about the game. I'm in the same shoes as you, but I have decided to go multiplayer on my own. A Miyazaki style MMO is counterintuitive, but so were Miyazaki and Disney together. Make it work and you will get your story down. Lore is a bit of second place because the story as you experience it is the lore. That's what we all love about the "genre." I could see why you would want to follow in the footsteps of games like EQ on lore, but I could see this breaking a Miyazaki style story. However, if you could get thousands of people and they all had a beautiful and caring experience together, it would be worth the wait.
Whatever it takes. What exactly do you want to give here?
