Adventure Apes and the Mayan Mystery is an alright game. My main beef with the game are as follows:

1) Some enemies are way too frustrating to kill, e.g. bats
2) I don't feel a motivation to play it.
3) No gamepad support
4) Too convoluted, many of the rooms feel the same.

I do feel that ScaryPotato does have a lot of promise as a developer, and I do look forward to more games by them.

This game simply has it all: a touching story, unique presentation, great music, and intuitive gameplay. It's not short to the point where it seems a waste, andd it's not long enough to the point that it seems to drone on and on. It's a great game.

I really appreciate this game, as it takes traditional platforming and forces the player to take a new perspective on platforming. It's quite painful at first, but it presents a new and exciting challenge. Turtle Cream was very thoughtful in placing their checkpoints, and making the challenge present but not overwhelmingly difficult. It's really fun, and I enjoyed playing it.
