Does this work with 2.1.6? If not, can I downgrade to 2.1.4 somehow? Steam updates to latest automatically ._.

I'm enjoying playing this mod, however the current implementation of this join 'good' / 'evil' sides seems really broken to me.

So I'm playing as Aragorn and I stole the One Ring from Frodo when the game started. Then I conquered most of the surrounding land, apppointed appropriate Lords of all the counties, and was well on my way to forming the Empire of Arnor when suddenly Aragorn decides he can no longer stand to deny Sauron, and joins the evil side.

Moments later I am bombarded by my 110+ vassals unanimously rejecting me - despite almost all of them being 100 opinion. Within days I went from having 110+ vassals, to having 2 counties (4 mayors); every count level vassal gets a free indefensible independence from the Kingdom... something you cannot do in any other situation. Normally they would have to form a plot, or get a faction, then actually fight their ruler. But he joins the evil side? Free independence for literally everyone who wants it.

So I thought, **** that. I reloaded an older save game and decide to just go full blown tyrant. Revoke all titles I can from all vassals, then imprison and execute literally everyone in my realm including all mayors/courtiers - 50+ people. So Aragorn the lone king with 77 counties and no vassals is sitting there alone in his castle and decides he wants new mayors who don't have -2000 opinion like the old ones. So he appoints new mayors, who love him. And a day later, bam... "Are ye mad Aragorn!? We can't follow Sauron! I break all ties with you, dog!"
Repeat ad nausium... Aragorn the lonely cannot have any vassals, not even mayor/barons, because they immediately rebel - they don't hate him either, they just won't stay loyal. Because he's evil, or something. And does that one lone evil Orc county as part of my kingdom want to become a vassal? Nope, wrong culture! As it is, it seems to be a literal impossibility to succeed as an evil character unless you already start with like Orcs as vassals.
