u have startet darkplaces.exe anytime ? When u startet this exe i become the same mistake.. quake.bat problem..
(all .bat nothing to work now!)
my idea to bring the game on my pc win7 64bit to start is:
Delete all files from this gamemod an extract all new.. than start epsilon - change graphics quality ... chose your game quality and enter.. the window of bat is closed now.. than start quake.bat ... i hope than goes this mod..

ok it goes now.. this mod + brutal doom mod is buggy with weapons ;) thx for the great mod

hmm i have a problem, the weapons did i found can´t switch.. the numbers of weapons are not yellow their are grey in front of hud..

works not on zandronum dmn it
