Kickstarter has been an awesome experience for us. It's extended our outreach more than we initially thought it would. Running a funding campaign was the best thing we could have done. Not only will it help make production run smoother and faster, if we get the necessary funding, but it's given us so much exposure as well. We've also been getting a ton of positive feedback about the game and the art style in general, which is super encouraging.

Yesterday Kickstarter featured us as "Project of the Day" which is posted on the sites main page. We were pretty excited by that and the message we got one of the guys from Kickstarter (Mike). He wrote to us to tell us they were featuring us as Project of the Day. I'd like to share an excerpt from his message:

"It's a great project and we're excited to feature it today. Not gonna lie, one of my favorite project videos ever. You really killed it. That said, best of luck with the rest of the campaign! We're rooting for ya."

That was really cool of him to say. We had a lot of fun making that video and I spent quite a few hours editing it together. It's always nice to hear the work you've put in was worth the time.

Yesterday was the most successful day we've had so far. We went from having 53 backers at 40% to 79 backers at 84%! Our page link got 459 clicks in one day, spreading across over 100 countries. The combination of being featured on Kickstarter and having a new update video really boosted our campaign. We still have 16% of our funding to go, and there are only 19 days left. Though, I'm feeling confident that we can reach our goal before time is up. The last stretch will probably be the hardest, but we are still trying to get the word out in any way we can.
