Unzip the d3dx9_26.dll into ...\Freelancer\EXE

I will be including this file in the next release to avoid this issue.

I just downloaded the mod and it unpacked just fine. Perhaps try redownloading it? Maybe you got a corrupt file somehow. I use FLMM version 1.3 also if that helps anything.

If all else fails, you can unpack the mod manually by adding a ".zip" (without quotes) to the downloaded file. This will open the file as a regular zip and then you can unpack the folder in it directly into the "...\Freelancer Mod Manager\mods" directory.
