Hi, I'm WhiteDragon25! While I don't have the technical expertise to actually create a mod, I do have a wealth of ideas and concepts for one. You can see my mod ideas here on my profile blog, where I talk about them in detail.
This unit, the Bull Assault Tank, was actually an original concept-art design that was discarded during TW's production, but the artwork for it stuck around, allowing for modders to take a crack at recreating it - like what Tiberium Icestorm did here.
Personally speaking, I'm not exactly sold on the Bull's design; something about it feels a bit off to me. However, I do see plenty of potential in it, and I've actually brainstormed a clever variation of it that incorporates the TE Falcon's RPG weapon, along with the Shockwave EMP Grenades upgrade; the resulting unit fusion is a formidable tank destroyer. I'll probably draw up that idea at some point.
