Vosla does some arts (comic) and voice acting (german & english). Otherwise he is quite unremarkable except for the amounts of Cola and pizza he consumes.

I wonder if somebody gets the joke...
Nobody got it (or was interested enough).
"Rignall Road" is a location in the vintage game "Mercenary".
I had the idea to rebuild the city on Targ from that game in Half-Life using the mod "They Hunger" and make a kind of sequel to "Mercenary" where you are sent to investigate why the City fails communications with the orbital station and all the teleporters went inoperable.
If you were able to turn 180° in this picture, you would see the entrance to Hangar 09-06.
This is for Half-Life?
