It would be nice to have an option to peacefully turn other characters undead. Something like "offer dark gift".
Because currently, at least from what I found, you can only turn prisoners. Which is not ideal if you want to, for example, turn your vassals undead.
I like some of the new armours, really great work on some of those. Unfortunately, the changes to the faction troop trees completely break the fantasy and faction balance, for me.
Take your time and make it work properly with Holy Furry. I think we will have a bit of fun with that dlc.
That being said, it is nice to see this is coming soon.

Can't answer the first one, maybe some balancing thing.
But for the second one, it's just an engine limitation, even with good PC, the engine doesn't handle that many troops well. Especially if they have some other scripts running in the background.

Yep. There is no new version. The 2016 version is playable, but buggy as hell.
Not obsessed? They wanted to copyright every single thing in fantasy, including races like dwarfs and elves. I would say pretty obsessed.
That obsession is the reason why AOS exists.

Not really, considering how different this is from the original.
It would mainly require adjusting the map a bit.
Creating them only as mercenaries would not be hard at all.

You mean we won't see Kholek on the walls? Well, that is sad, expected, but still sad.
Considering there are some really huge creatures in the lore (giants, ogres, dragonogres, treemen), which we might see in future versions...slightly bigger humans are not that big of a deal
AoE damage and flame textures exist in other mods (f.e. Phantasy) so it definitely is possible.
Maybe you could ask those guys after you finish up this version.
Well, I mean you released the changelog 4 months ago...
It should be coming out soonish. It has been almost a year since the last update.
