I'm not sure if that means I have the patch installed or what

This is begining to anoy me a bit, I'm not sure if I downloaded the patch correct, how would I know if I did, and I've tried reinstalling a few times just to make sure..

No, see, it works fine, I've been playing with NPC's for awhile now, but, I don't have the patch isntalled correctly, I believe.

Oh, actually, I just downloaded the patch wrong, any help, like how to install it /right/?
