I too am a bit sad about the graphics. They seem downgraded. They are tied to performance or can the graphics card deal with those effects? If some people have better graphics cards maybe it can be considered as optional to increase graphics. By the way I am interested in helping you guys.

Burnie22 I think that you should put a little bit of focus on releasing 1.21 before the new mod. In my opinion TM needs a few little things to be perfect. Starting with a Tech 3 seraphin missile defense structure and perhaps a new experimental for seraphin that has longer range like the mayhem for UEF.

If you can pull that off I think I could call this a done mod. I still play FA till this day thanks to your mods with friends on coop. I even showed one of my sons how to play the game. It has been good times.

Your new mod looks like it has a lot of promise but me personally I would be more interested in a completed TM. Either way I look forward to both.

So how exactly does this mod work? Does everyone in the game need to have the mod or is it just eye candy for the user that runs it like the music mods?

What does the mod do? New explosions and particles?

Get the Total mayhem mod that removes the ai using tac missiles and increases the amount of defenses they put up instead. well worth it!

I like Hyperion and Millennium.

You could probably get away with giving the UEF a big Triangular saucer called the TR3B which I mentioned in a different post.
The TR3B is a giant saucer like flying ship that acts like a Caesar but instead of being saucer shaped is Triangular shaped. Googling TR3B you can find images of this thing. People have seen this thing in real life. It hovers and moves silently like any other UFO report but instead of the saucer shape you see a black triangle.

Back in the 1960's in Germany a big spaceship was seen hovering over a small city. Many eyewitnesses reported a triangular shaped UFO. An image of it here: Google.com

It would be sick to give each race their own saucer like the aeon. Since the cybran usually use triangle shapes for a lot of their things why not make the legendary TR3B triangular UFO for them? Also give each race a unit that acts like the Caesar. Would be sick.

I wonder how the AI would work with these? It wouldnt be easy to program I am guessing.

Burnie if you need more inspiration, look at the mod for Crysis called MWLL (Mech Warrior Living Legends) The best Mech game out there in my opinion.

Come on guys, It says it is Mark 2 which means that the original doesnt go away. It is just 1 more additional tank for the arsenal.

The UEF need a new T2 experimental PD. Theirs is almost useless at the moment.

In that case make a T1 heavy pd for the sera. I liked your sera tank you made I think you can do a fantastic job if you tried

better than any seraphin stuff I have ever seen including the devs. I am not joking. You need to be working on Planetary Annihilation man. They should really have you making the models.

Been meaning to ask, can we get that Light mech from the UEF back? It is the Owens. I miss it.

Hey Burnie Im not a huge fan of the weapons yet. I think the weapons could do something different. The MK1 Novacat has a big lazer that just sounds scary everytime he fires it off. Maybe you could do a similar laser as a different color that does more damage or something from the right arm and the 2 cannons on the left arm fire a rapid pulsing laser.

I love Aeon units. they got some sexy curves dont they.

I like the idea of an MK2 heavy point defense and like usual, this looks great.

I also thought about this before but to be honest I think that the air units use more of an anti gravity system rather than the jet engines. I could be wrong in which case you are right.

What I would like to see is fighter that swings around to shoot missiles and miniguns at the target.

But since this is a bomber, I think that it could drop like carpet bombing. Which means many small explosions. Could put on a nice fireworks show for the gamer.
